The whole App RIDES ROOM and the automated reminder functionality (the "Service") is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RIDES ROOM disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any reminders or notifications.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Auxiliary Tool Only: The App is intended solely as a convenience tool and a secondary reminder system. It is not a substitute for your professional judgment, manufacturer-mandated service schedules, or legal obligations regarding vehicle safety and inspections.
Technical Limitations: Delivery of notifications may fail due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: software bugs, server outages, network connectivity issues, device settings (e.g., battery optimization, "Do Not Disturb" mode), or operating system updates.
User Responsibility: The ultimate responsibility for the roadworthiness, maintenance, and compliance of the vehicle with local laws remains exclusively with the user/owner.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RIDES ROOM shall not be liable for any:
Indirect or Consequential Damages: Including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Property Damage: Any damage to vehicles, engines, or components resulting from missed maintenance or technical failures.
Financial Penalties: Fines, legal fees, or loss of warranty coverage arising from expired inspections or missed service intervals.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RIDES ROOM from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your reliance on the App as your sole source of maintenance scheduling or your failure to comply with vehicle safety regulations.
